Position: Business Analyst

Require ITIL Lifecycle knowledge and applicable experience.
Ability to set business process direction and technology direction relative to Service Management.
Need specific experience in: - Service Strategy and Service Design strategic direction setting and approaches for maturing those specific phases of the lifecycle.
- Service Strategy and Service Design process development and application.
- Service Catalog process knowledge and experience in Service Catalog implementations.
- Experience in guiding organizations through the steps needed to implement and populate a service catalog.
- Knowledge of workflow automation relative to request-for-service automation.
- Service Design experience and Service Design package development experience.
- Service Level Management experience.
- Experience working in a large corporate environment.
This project is selecting and implementing a Service Catalog solution to include business services, requestable services, and technical services.
Will be asked to work additional projects developing Service Strategy and Service Design strategy/direction.

Coordinate the Execution for the Release Process rollout across the Enterprise
Conduct interviews, working sessions, and meetings with Release Execution teams to drive out overall process strategy and approach
Assist in communication, documentation, training on use of Release processes
Serve as SME leveraging industry experience to support the fast-pace, challenging environment of the ICP and the impacts to our enterprise
Assist with consultation to execution groups, such as ICP Release Management, Enterprise Release Management for complex issues/challenges
Aid and support or Service Manager 9.3 Release Process rollout
Engagement with process owners on Configuration Management, Change Management, Release Management and Deployment Management, Service Validation and Testing, Transition Planning and Support

-Participates in service and project work performing a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to analyzing business needs, developing requirements, coordinates and executes the development of project deliverables, coordinates the development, review and updating of procedures and training materials, performs quality validation of printed material that is mailed to State Farm Policyholders, collaboration with Output Services and MRSF, works to improve time to market and provide flexible solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed for this assignment.
Work does require on-site availability for validation and troubleshooting of Customer Communication materials that are printed.
- Will be persistent to our solution center and the C02271 Component
