Description:

A person must have experience in HP QC, ALM, QTP and LR tool administration. Sound experience in HP QC ALM, QTP and Load Runner with strong tool administration skills •         Must have At least 3 years of Health Care Insurance Experience must •        Add New projects or workflows, user admin, product upgrades and develop integrations to related systems •        Strong coding experience to customize HP QC ALM based upon the Releases and Migration •        Develop and Manage Automation Test Suite and Performance Test Suite. •         Participate in Project Planning and Estimations •        Attend Agile scrum stand up meetings and provide guidance around testing •        Must have good understanding of Testing process in all phases of SDLC •        Ensure team following test processes and utilizing tools as appropriate •        Develop and present Test Metrics and Status to impacted teams and management Experience and skills •        3 years of experience leading testing efforts on a given project, including functional, performance, and automated testing, utilizing both SDLC/Waterfall and Agile development methodologies. Also must be able to coordinate with offshore team. •        Able to lead the creation of Test Plans, test cases or test scenarios that align to various product configurations, business flows and/or user-stories •        Proficient in Daily Defect Triage and Defect Lifecycle •        Train QA resource on test automation tools (QTP, QC and Roadrunner)
