1. Experience in developing N-Tier applications using Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), Windows Communication Foundation and the Microsoft .NET 3.5 or 4.0 Framework
2. Strong knowledge of application and UI patterns
3. Experience in creating Technical Design documents
4. Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse group of managers and business analysts/subject matter experts.
5. Exposure to legacy migration projects
6. Exposure to working in an onsite/offshore delivery model"
