Need to be familiar with all aspects of the software development life cycle, 
This position requires an individual to be creative, team-oriented, technology-savvy, driven to produce results and demonstrates the ability to take technical leadership roles.

Skills:
- More than 5 years JAVA UI development experience.
- Drive UI innovation and quality
- Develop high quality UI features & infrastructure as part of an agile development team
- Be a proactive thinker with ability to identify problems and find creative solutions
- Strong grasp of underlying web application technologies: HTML, CSS, AJAX , various JavaScript libraries
- Aptitude to get up to speed with new product architectures
- Ability to architect and implement well-behaved, high performance UI
- Enjoys researching challenging UI problems and implementing solutions


Desirable skills:

1.    IBM WAS Server knowledge.
2.    Web based mobile application development experience.
3.    Business domain knowledge: - Pricing, Ordering, Quoting.

Good verbal and written communication skills    

onshore/offshore experience
