Job Title: Linux Admin with Perl
Location: Bethesda, MD
Duration: Long term or Contract
Visa: GC/EAD/Citizen.
Below is the System Admin job description.
Position: Linux System Admin/Release Engineer.
Will be heavily involved in Linux administration, Perl programming, Release management work that involves Jenkins builds. Some coding experience with Java, C is helpful but not required. Various other tools will be used like Puppet, Nexus, Sonar etc. in Release Management.
Experience: 8+ years overall
Skills needed:
MANDATORY:
- Linux : strong system admin skills 6+yrs
- Perl, Shell scripting : 3+yrs
- Apache,Tomcat: 2+ years install and config
OPTIONAL:
- Jenkins or Hudson : optional
- Maven : optional
- SQL: some basic knowledge helpful
- Java or C : some basic coding knowledge helpful
