•Knowledge of Cisco PBX Hardware architecture.
•Hands on Experience with Cisco voice devices
•Good knowledge in IP Phone and voice mail (Unity) box administration
•Knowledge on Cisco Contact Center Platform.
•Work experience in Cisco IPT Migration projects from Legacy PBXs like Nortel / Avaya.
•The candidate must exhibit a good knowledge in Voice administration and Maintenance skills.
•Very good understanding of VOIP Technologies.
•Experience in  IPT design/ Implementation/ Management/ Operations
•Good knowledge and use of VOIP Monitoring and Management Tools.
•Knowledge of Avaya / Nortel voice system will be an added advantage.
•Good understanding on ACD, Scripts and IVR terminologies and administration.
•ITIL Foundation V2 or V3 Certified
•Good knowledge of Networking and TCP/IP.
•Experience with process improvement and the ability to document processes and procedures
•Ability to work with 3rd party vendors, OEMs and Product suppliers.
•Knowledge on Contracts and SLAs
•Knowledge of MS Office, Visio & Projects
