Position: Sr. Front End Developer

Location: San Francisco, CA

Duration: 6+ Months

Technologies:

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of front-end development experience on large-scale or web application platforms (in lieu of a degree we require a minimum of 8 years of experience).

·         Expert knowledge of front-end web technologies; specifically, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML5 and CSS3.

·         Excellent conceptual, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with an understanding of visual design principles and ability to adhere to complex visual design specifications during implementation.

·         Knowledge of accessibility coding techniques and modular web development practices.

·         Experience with JavaScript libraries (jQuery, requireJS); Knowledge of design patterns, anti-patterns and other coding techniques in JavaScript

·         A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Software

·         Experience with Macintosh, Windows, and Linux environments

·         Deep understanding of browser and platform compatibility issues

·         Must possess exceptional communication and documentation skills, with a strong knowledge of the software development.

·         Experience with agile development techniques, version control software, and code release systems­

·         Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate and scope development work?

·         Experience in pixel-perfect and responsive design development.

·         Web analytics implementation experience (Omniture, Google Analytics) a plus

·         Back-end programming and database experience (PHP, MYSQL, Java, Ruby) a plus

·         3D and animation programming experience (in Adobe Flash, ActionScript and Unity3D) a plus.

·         Must be highly organized, committed to a team environment, culturally sensitive, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
