JOB DESCRIPTION:
Mandatory Skills:
• Strong working experience with Microsoft TFS, MTM, Microsoft ALM, SharePoint.
• Should have led the implementation of MS TFS including TFS Installation, Server Hosting, Source code Migration, TFS Deployment Automation, Process and Template Customization, Workflows, Reporting, Build Automation and Version control.
• Experience with operationalizing TFS engagements - define strategy, roadmap, stakeholder management, conduct training, benefit analysis, CxO report out
• Strong understanding and use of project management Best Practices, Methodologies, Standards, Tools, Reports and Dashboards
• Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders including senior leadership and present findings, cost benefit analysis, etc.
• Travel between Seattle/Portsmouth and Belfast, UK
• Good communication skills.
• Good presentation skills.
