Min 7 plus years of experience
Strong hands on experience in developing appliations using JAVA / J2EE.
Strong development experience using Struts framework, MVC patterns.
Good experience developing Webservices. Knowledge on EJB is must.
Experience in Weblogic configurations and exposure to admin activities.
Experience in MAVEN build scripts, ANT build scripts.
Experience working in Unix Environments is must with good knowledge on basic unix commands.
Good debugging and troubleshooting skills and good communication skills.
