Ideally, we would like to find people who have performed software development, testing and implementation work in a mortgage environment (servicing or portfolio management).

Job Discription:
*Minimal 7 years' experience with testing web-based and/or client-server applications *Experienced in a variety of software development methodologies and project management best practices
*Minimal 7 years' experience with testing web-based and/or client-server applications *Experienced in a variety of software development methodologies and project management best practices
*Experience with testing applications using Microsoft SQL Server Database Query Analyzer (or other database query tools) and XML (preferred) *Experience with testing applications using .NET, Java, IIS/ASP, Microsoft SQL Server.
*Experience with testing systems developed in a SOA environment preferred.
*Strong analytical and problem solving skills
*Strong time management, priority allocation and task management skills
*Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
*Strong presentation skills to present test results to individuals and groups
*Leadership skills to oversee, mentor and guide less experienced personnel
*Communication skills
*Active in pursuing learning opportunities
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Strong analytical and problem solving skills
