- Bachelor's degree in business, management or related profession.
- Experience as a project manager of multimillion dollar technology implementation – managing projects through the entire project lifecycle.
- Core competence in Communications, Planning, Risk Management, Performance Management, Quality & Delivery Assurance.
- Experience delivering results against rigorous project schedules.
- Demonstrated experience adhering to best practice standards in project delivery management and governance.
- Demonstrated ability to build teams, coach and mentor across organizations and skill levels.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build consensus.
- Technical writing experience and ability to share knowledge with others in a clear and concise manner.
- PMP certification.
- Experience with tax systems.
