3. Should have strong testing background (Functional testing)
4. strong Analytical skills
5. KEY - Coordination with onshore and offshore team
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Translate requirements into test scenarios and scripts
8. Knowledge of Health Insurance would be added advantage
9. Knowledge of Claims application would be added advantage
10. Interpersonal skills
Project Description: Ongoing compliance projects need a Testing professional or a Business Analyst who is ready to do functional testing and play a test lead role for their claims application.
