a. Should have good understanding of SharePoint 2010 & 2013 features

b. Understand business requirements and processes

c. Planning, conducting, documenting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems and processes

d. Generate technical requirements, proof of concept solutions

e. Experience with software development lifecycle

f. Excellent business function and process analysis and visualization skills

g. Very strong written and oral communication skills

h. Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, self-motivated, and excellent presentation skills

i. Self-initiated, enthusiastic and driven to succeed
