Role: BizTalk Server Admin
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description:

1) Should have more than 10 years of experience in handling server administration, server setup, disaster environment setup and performance optimization on BizTalk Server & SQL Server
2) Experience in the following middleware server related tasks is a must:
a. EAI landscape design and setup using BizTalk Server 2010 and BizTalk Server 2013
b. ESB environment design and setup using ESB toolkit 2.2 on top of BizTalk Server 2010
c. Designing and setting up BizTalk servers on development, UAT and Production environment
d. Designing and setting up of BizTalk Servers for High Availability and Scalability requirements(Clustering, Active/Passive)
e. Disaster recovery environment setup and implementation following best practices
f. Performance tuning approach and execution – throttling, etc
g. Volume testing of BizTalk server for performance using Loadgen, etc
h. Backup of messages and purging experience
3) Experience in the following middleware release and deployment is a must:
a. Usage of best practices using TFS for automated build and deployment
b. Deployment experience for movement of artifacts from one environment to another
4) Experience in the following SQL server related tasks is a must:
a. SQL Server design and setup for being used as Message Box Server for BizTalk Server 2010 and BizTalk Server 2013
b. Designing and setting up SQL servers on development, UAT and Production environment for catering to BizTalk Server 2010 and above
c. Designing and setting up of SQL Servers for High Availability and Scalability requirements(Clustering, Active/Passive)
d. Disaster recovery DB environment setup and implementation following best practices
e. Performance tuning approach and execution, bottleneck identification, deadlock detection and removal strategies
f. Volume testing of SQL server for performance using Loadgen, etc, in tandem with BizTalk Server 2010 and above
g. Backup of SQL DB and purging best practices
5) Experience in the following testing related tasks is a must:
a. Load testing of BizTalk and SQL environment
b. Performance testing of BizTalk and SQL environment
c. DR testing of BizTalk and SQL environment
