Position: SAP Supply Chain Functional
Duration: Six months
Location: Houston, TX
The SAP Supply Chain Functional Developer will work with Customer Solutions Leads and business clients to support and implement global processes primarily using standard SAP solutions as well as other systems interfaced with SAP to support the business process.
Required Skills:
• Demonstrated proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution & Logistics Execution and integration with the following SAP modules:
a. Financial Accounts Receivables (AR)
b. Materials Management (MM)
c. Inventory Management (IM)
d. Procurement
• Demonstrated proficiency in implementing and supporting solutions in Delivery and Shipping Areas.
a) Specific Experience in Batch Determination, Outputs, Interfaces and Inventory Management areas
• Functional knowledge of user exits and ability to write clear specifications to technical team in Logistics Execution area
• Experience with SAP ECC 5.0 or SAP ECC 6.0
• Ability to relate technical ideas and functionality to non-technical users
• 5+ years SAP experience required
• Development experience with at least one of the following is preferred
a) SCM
b) GTS
c) Picaso
• Understanding of Chemicals Industry best practices preferred
• Familiarity with the following is a plus:
a) EDI/IDoc
b) SAPScript
c) ABAP
d) BW
• Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and deliver results
Additional Requirements:
• Some overtime will be required
• Early or late hours sometimes required for meetings with European and Asian personnel
