Position: Citrix Analyst with NetScaler
Location: Bartlesville, OK
Duration: 6 + Months
Responsibilities may include:
Administration of Citrix netscalers, including Web Interface and Storefront management
Assist in building and maintaining the Global Citrix XenApp 6.5 Farm.
Consulting with application owners and providing expertise to help them maximize efficiencies and meet customer needs for accessing software.
Supporting windows servers in a Citrix environment, Citrix XenApp, and troubleshooting end user sessions
Managing the deployment of published applications
Proactive maintenance and monitoring of Citrix servers in a leveraged and dedicated environment
Partnering with Global Service Desk and central support groups to provide seamless support to users
Achieve target goals on ticket resolution assigned in line with ticket SLAs and other assigned tasks
Basic/Required:
5+ years technical experience working in a global environment
1+ years experience managing a Citrix environment with Citrix Presentation Server or XenApp
1+ years experience supporting Citrix Netscalers
1+ years experience supporting systems using Windows Server 2003/2008 in a corporate network environment
1+ years experience with the principles of system backups, availability, scheduling, server capacity and performance
Ability to work weekends and after hours to provide customers in differing time zones technical support, as well as taking after hours call out rotation
Preferred:
1+ years experience supporting Xendesktop 5.6
Experience with application automation process such as packaging software into MSI format for deployments in a Citrix environment
Technical Certifications
A self-starter with a proven ability to work in a collaborative, team environment
Customer service, service delivery, team collaboration, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Experience with the following areas: Active directory, Domain architecture, TCP/IP, DNS and Wins
Ability to quickly recognize, isolate, and resolve technical problems. This includes advanced hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of a broad range of technologies including: Windows OS, PC hardware, Microsoft Office applications installation of applications
