Duration              Long term

•         PeopleSoft HRMS techno-functional 8.9 or +

•         Function module: Core HR, NA Payroll, base benefits, Ben Admin, ePerformance,

position management. (subset of the mentioned module is ok)

•         Good communication skills.

•         Owning/reviewing the deliveries from onsite.

•         Understanding the requirements from business and coordinating with offshore.

•         Fixing code if issue comes during US day time.

PeopleSoft HRMS onsite coordinator

Mandatory Technical Skills           PeopleSoft 8.8 or +

Mandatory Functional Skills         Subset of the above is ok

Desirable Functional Skills            Core HR, NA Payroll, Base Benefit and Ben Admin, ePerformace,

Total Experience Required           4 years +
