Job Description :
- Should be able to work in onshore /offshore model
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic SQL, UNIX skills.
- Experience in SQL*Plus, SQL Developer and TOAD.
- Experience in problem solving
- Ability to quickly learn new business and technical concepts in a fast paced service focused environment. Demonstrated proficiency in written communication, ability to quickly learn business applications and analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Should be available for Off hours On –Call support and Release weekend support.
