| Growing Minneapolis based company known for great culture and opportunity is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to provide application support for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne business users. The successful candidate will have experience in the implementation and support of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Fixed Asset applications. The primary work activities will be to support the JD Edwards financial systems and ancillary systems including break/fix and enhancements. Additional project work may be assigned based on workload capacity. The incumbent must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. This is a contract up to 12 months duration.
Responsibilities: · Ability to support and troubleshoot application issues through resolution · Ability to understand and support custom invoice delivery application integrated with JD Edwards Order to Cash · Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with end users to prioritize · Ability to work within corporate defined incident and change management processes and tools · Ability to support testing of planned monthly release schedules · Ability to engage support team members in incident resolution · Understanding and experience gathering and documenting business requirements · Understanding and experience using standard Information Technology Project Methodology · Detailed level of knowledge of JD Edwards AR/AP/GL/FA with the ability to apply this knowledge to corporate client business requirements. · Effectively provide business analysis and support to corporate Finance and Accounting application users in a professional and organized manner. · Provide Application setup and design, system analysis, report design, conversion and interface mapping in support of the corporate monthly release schedule. · Utilize his/her own knowledge/experience and problem solving skills to creatively resolve complex issues and choose the best course of action, communicate "best practice" recommendations based on his/her prior experiences, and effectively troubleshoot and solve client issues. · Develop and Execute Testing Plan and Scenarios in support of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financial applications and interfaces in support of the corporate monthly release schedule.
Basic Qualifications: (required) · Experience with JD Edwards Financial Application preferably 9.0 · Strong analytical skills and experience as a functional business analyst · Excellent time management, communication (oral and written), presentation, and organizational skills · 6+ years experience working on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Xe and EnterpriseOne 9.0 experience with a focus on the financial suite (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Accounting and Fixed Asset Accounting)
