- Oversees testing and develops fixes.
- Has knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Works under general supervision.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude required
- Assists in developing application specifications.
- Gathers user requirements for fixes and enhancements; develops and documents application specifications.
- Develops procedures and queries for analysis and reports. Performs database design and normalization
- Provides feasibility and analysis in generating ad hoc queries
