·         15+ years in the field of information technology in various roles including Quality Test Lead and Software Analyst

• Expert in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) & Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) 

·         Worked extensively in SDLC methodologies like Waterfall and Agile

·         Expert in using SQL queries for backend data validation

·         Expertise in writing and implementing Use Cases and Test cases

·         Expert in all forms of testing including White box, Black box and Regression testing

·         Expertise in gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements and developing Functional Requirement Documents

·         Expert in creating test cases based on user requirements

·         Expertise in coordinating with Business and IT across all phases of software development life cycle

• Expert in project delivery under stringent timelines and high pressure
• Excellent verbal and written skills, especially with regards to presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Great team player with interpersonal skills
