Roles & Responsibilities
Working with the Grainger App Admin assigned to the project, the consultant will be responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting the go-live, together with knowledge transfer (e.g. documentation, training), of the new World Class Customer Information (WCCI) Botlon application (which is Unix/Linux-based) into QA, Prod, and DR. DEV installation is already completed. In addition, this resource may be used to address various day-to-day and/or other project-related Bolton App Admin responsibilities as assigned.
