Total Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent subject, Masters is also fine
Roles & Responsibilities
• Understand the importance and urgency of Production issues We are looking for following core capabilities
• Trouble shoot production issues
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Focus on continuous improvement areas for support
• Coordination with various infrastructure and development teams
• Setting up the servers to host the applications based on technologies like Ruby on Rails, Java, .NET, PHP etc.
• Focus on Automation of operational/Manual activities
• Have basic idea about agile and devops model
Education Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent and above
