Job Description
Identifies and develops new strategic opportunities to diversify client base and gain market share within the Oil and Gas industry. Develops strong relationships with key customer contacts at all levels of the business to gain an understanding of key business drivers that influence purchasing decisions. Reviews feasibility of new markets and their potential growth opportunities.

Responsible for the profitable revenue development of the Vertical Market for the Energy Division - Oil & Gas.  The candidate shall have an excellent understanding of the market and have excellent closing capability with a history of success.  Competencies shall include but not limited to experience in training and mentoring a sales force, extensive working knowledge of the Industry, and all associated work streams.  Excellent communication skills both written, verbal as well as  refined presentation skills are necessary. Must stay current on industry trends and have the ability to solve customer issues, identify ways to eliminate waste while adding value to the end use customer as well as Zep Sales & Service.
