Required Skills:

·         Extensive experience developing web applications using Ruby on Rails

·         Strong data structure and design skills

·         Strong leadership skills and experience with managing software projects

·         Previous experience working on a production, high-traffic web site

·         Great communications skills

·         A degree in Computer Science or a related field

·         Knowledge of web standards like XHTML, CSS and Java script

·         Knowledge of and experience with the latest back and front-end technologies, including Rails 3.0, CSS 3.0, HTML 5, HAML

·         A good understanding of Object Oriented Software development methodologies with experience in building multi-tiered web based applications.

·         Experience with SQL-based database development

·         Ideas and leadership to achieve engineering best practices

·         Experience with Test/Behavior Driven Development methodologies
