Position: Genesys Consultant

Location: Hartford

Duration: 12 + months

 

• 2+ years of application development experience with the following technologies:

·         Microsoft ASP

·         Microsoft .NET 3.5

·         Microsoft SQL Server

• Experience in Contact Center technology, in particular with Genesys products:

·         Genesys Voice Platform Studio / Genesys Composer

·         Genesys Interaction and Platform SDKs

·         Genesys Interaction Routing Designer

·         VRU application code written in the Genesys Studio 7.0.3 tool using Microsoft ASP, .NET, and SQL Server.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, as evident by the ability to:

·         handle multiple requests simultaneously

·         operate independently on assignments and bring them from concept to delivery

• Strong communication skills: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all parties, both technical and non-technical.
