Participate in at least two full cycle HR Payroll implementations

Business Process knowledge, Ability to work independently, excellent

Facilitation skills, Interpersonal skills.

Strong knowledge of SAP in HR/ Payroll configuration and design

including schemas, enterprise and personnel structures, wage types, work
schedules, Precise tax related processing for local entities.

Management of all payments and deductions including processes,

frequencies, deduction priorities, arrears processing, arrears recovery, and
permissibility based on employee groupings.

Integration to FI/CO and Third Party remittance. Automated Month End

Accruals functionality.

Issuing off cycle payroll payments and the automation of the post

processing of these payments.

Strong knowledge of SAP in Time and Attendance configuration and design

including schemas, enterprise and personnel structures, work schedules, time
evaluation configuration, counting rules, quota generation is a must

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, writing configuration

rationales and functional specs, driving SAP Time solution, configuration of
Time Evaluation and related components, executing testing and data
conversions.

Experience with execution and planning of User Acceptance, Parallel

Testing and Go-Live phases.

SAP Certification in version 4.7 or above is preferred

Must have solid functional / blueprinting knowledge for SAP Payroll

5132 - SAP Security Analyst - 2 Positions

The main responsibilities will include the design, implementation and
testing of security requirements for our SAP implementation. This will
include a variety of applications under the SAP umbrella including ECC, CRM,
GRC, GTS, CLM, SRM, BPC, and BI. Performs work that is highly complex and
varied in nature. Develops integrated solutions to resolve highly complex
technical and business issues specifically as it relates to user
authentication and provisioning.

Primary Responsibilities:

Analyze requirements for security role builds.

Build roles based on requirements.

Test all roles prior to transport.

Participate in the development of procedures, policies and SOP documentation
for all Global data security, systems and Applications.

Skills/Education Required: BS or BA in computer science, security

administration, or related work experience.

5 years' experience within Information Technology, 3 years with in data
security required.

Must have 2-3 years' experience in SAP R3.

Strong working knowledge of operating systems, control languages, utilities
and security environment software.

Service oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills

Communicates effectively to peers, external suppliers and management.

(version ECC 6.0 experience is a plus), federated portal, and other SAP new
dimension products CRM, SRM, MDM, BI, etc.

Must have experience with GRC products, especially CUP and ERM for both
configuration and support.

Must have multi-functional SAP exposure with good understanding of LDAP.

Must have experience with GRC products, especially CUP and ERM.

Must have multi-implementation SAP experience with at least one Global in
scale.

Must have experience with CUA configuration and Support Must have experience
with large scale user creation/scripting for both ABAP and Portal
environments Strong communication and documentation skills.

Extensive experience with Profile generator and authorization object usage
for ABAP and UME actions for portal.
