JDE DEVELOPER
Work Location : Libertyville, IL
Duration is 4-6 months
Rate : Market
EnterpriseOne JDE developer positions. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH ENTERPRISE ONE version 8.11 or 8.12.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Role: Responsible for design, development, stress maintenance, testing, documentation of existing objects within the JDE EnterpriseOne Application.
Responsibilities:
• Coding new functionality and enhancements within the JDE EnterpriseOne platform.
• Participate in and contribute to the development of Detailed Design documentation based on business requirements
• Govern the application configuration and future modifications
• Test software upgrades and enhancements
• Develop and maintain existing interfaces between EnterpriseOne and other applications.
• Develop application code in adherence to established programming standards
• Monitor and communicate scope changes and/or required rework in a timely fashion.
• Participate in code and quality assurance reviews
• Assist with the roll out of additional modules
• Assist with the roll out of JDE to additional business units
• Participate actively in issues resolution
3.0 Skills:
• Soft Skills: Organization, Coordination, Proactive
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working directly and effectively with end users in a team environment.
4.0 Experience:
• 2 to 5 years direct JD Edwards EnterpriseOne version 8.11 or 8.12application software in a development role
• Experience J2EE
• Experience in the design, coding and testing of custom modifications and reports (for EnterpriseOne)
• Experience in creating Detailed Design documentation from business requirements
• Experience in developing, modifying and debugging C business functions
• Experience and proficiency in integration of JDE with other information sources
• Experience working in an environment that practiced change control and version management in a production environment
