Job Description: Our client, a leading provider of telecom and cable services, is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst for its Charlotte, NC location.
Candidates will be participating in product requirements review sessions with business, understand the assumptions, dependencies and constraints.
Other duties will include:
-Communicate the business needs clearly to internal teams in the form of use-cases, sequence diagrams and process flows, as needed.
-Develop functional and/or technical requirement specifications adhering to standard templates.
-Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates current and proposed application enhancements against enterprise business requirements and internal customer needs.
-Work closely with development, testing and subject matter experts during the entire life-cycle of the project.
Required Skills: -Experience in wireless/telecom domain with knowledge of one or more BSS functional areas (order capture, order management, provisioning, mediation, rating/billing)
5 years experience as a Business Analyst
-Requirements gathering
-Strong communication skills.
