The Position
The Web Developer will be responsible for building the front-end interfaces that allow customers to interact with Sungevity and continue to receive a consistent user-centered brand experience.
Responsibilities:
• Apply user-centered design processes to develop high quality, engaging user flows and end to end experiences
• Create wireframes and mockups and convert them into functioning and performant web UIs
• Develop and design web pages and applications using CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and PHP
• Interact with Product Management, Marketing and Engineering to deliver a seamless user experience
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HCI, or a related field • 5+ years professional web development
• Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, AJAX, jQuery, and PHP
• Proficiency using Adobe Create Suite
• Experience with cross-platform and cross-browser issues, web standards and best practices
• Good design sense and keen attention to detail
• Experience with Agile development processes, continuous integration and deployment is a plus
