Business Analyst
Title: Lead Business Analyst
Location: Irving, TX (Need locals)

Rate: $45/hr max
Length: 6 Month +

Interview; Phone/face 2face

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of direct, relevant experience in both a marketing technology and a business consulting role, preferably in financial services
• 5-7 years strategic business analysis; aptitude in displaying and communicating technical/analytical information to non-technical constituents
• Ability to create new and imaginative approaches to marketing strategies and apply them to architectural design
• Ability to identify fresh approaches to marketing processes and technology and shows a willingness to question traditional assumptions
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally within an organization to create support and buy-in across a wide range of stakeholders and accomplish objectives
• Ability to work independently, with strong follow-through, a flexible approach and resilience to setbacks
• Strategic and critical thinker
• Pragmatic problem-solver, forward thinker with independence of thought
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
