Job title: SAP HR+Payroll Consultant

Location: Gaithersburg, MD

Duration: 6 Months+

 

- 7 years of SAP HR/PY exp with hands on exp of PY Configuration, Time configuration and HR Master Data.

- A minimum of 3 life-cycle implementations is required

- Very good Hands on working with BSI Tubs implementation and cyclic upgrade.

- Time and Payroll Experience requires schema, rules and wage type configuration experience

- SAP HCM configuration experience with BE, PA, OM

- Good hands on configuration of Taxes, Garnishments and Net payroll

- Should have worked as a SAP HR PY Architect with client facing skills

- Troubleshooting SAP system technical and functional issues and coordinating issue resolution with development, technical and operations teams

- Good co-ordination & communication skills is mandatory

- Manage onshore-offshore coordination & drive it to closure of the deliverables

- Experienced/Flexible enough to work on onshore-offshore model

- Should have extensive experience in process models

- Should have worked on positive time management
