Skill Set:  

 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or MIS or equivalent degree.

• Minimum 10 years software analysis, design, and systems development, team lead and work experience in a project management.

• Have experience specific to Oracle Application development, Oracle Service Contracts, Installed Base, support, and deployment for large, complex implementation.

• Technically competent with various software and SOA Architecture.

• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

• Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.

• Self motivation; customer-focused orientation.

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Decision making skills.

• Strong team orientation.

• People Management skills.
