Mandatory Skills: ASP. NET, VB.NET, VB 6, PL/SQL, Oracle, SQL Server 2000 using DTS, SQL Server 2008, Access, Excel
Detailed Job Description: The following are primary objectives for this role. These may be expanded or retracted as determined by the Engagement Manager:
*Analyze business requirements/processes and system integration points to determine appropriate technology solutions.
*Designs, codes, tests and documents applications based on system and user requirements.
*Interacts with business users and I/T to define current and future application requirements. The main purpose of this initiative is to remediate various RBis Applications in support of Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, and other PCR related upgrade initiatives. This project is also to upgrade the RBis Apps to new development standards like .net 4.0, Visual Studio 2010 etc. Programmer Analyst should have 3+ years of IT experience in client-server/Web application development. Oracle and SQL Server (2000 – 2008) database experience is also required.
* Must have significant experience configuring MTS and IIS in the Windows Server 2008 environment.
* Must have VB6 and Access programming skills
* Good communication skills, written & verbal
* Detail oriented, ability to understand the requirements and develop based on the specifications
* Team player, flexible, collaborative.
* Self Accountability. Quick learner
