Hi All we are looking for a "Technical Project Manager"

Details are as follows:

Title : Technical PM Location : Allentown, PA Duration : 12 months   Description: REQUIRED SKILL SET/EXPERIENCE: - Minimum five years solid Business Analysis experience including Business Process Flows, Use Cases, Requirements Elicitation, Elaboration and Validation - Minimum five years experience collaborating on Business Case preparation including estimation and project planning - Minimum five years experience collaborating on Test Planning, Test Case Creation based on approved requirements specifications - Experience working with development teams in .Net development environments AND/OR Experience working with development teams in PL/SQL and Oracle database development environments - Excellent written and oral communications skills - Excellent interpersonal skills including team work and group facilitation - Willingness to learn and use PPL's requirements and testing tools - Capable of being NERC/CIP certified (background check) PREFERRED SKILL SET/EXPERIENCE: - IIBA certification - Blueprint Requirements Center experience - ITIL Foundation certification - ServiceNow (SaaS) system experience - HP Quality Center and/or Microsoft Test Professional experience - Project Management experience - Agile Project experience as a BA - Technical/developer experience Comments:
