[Outsource:59160] Urgent Message Broker Admin Need in OH, Rate: $55/hr

ROLE:

Message Broker Administrator

MUST HAVES:
1. Broker experience
2. MQ Administration

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, develop and Implement solutions for
applications by engineering and configuring the IBM Websphere MQ,
Message Broker and WBI Adapters (SAP, JDBC, JText). Design, implement
and maintain overall integration infrastructure.

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design, implement and maintain integration systems infrastructure
including fault tolerance and high availability solutions.
• Design and develop Integration solutions based on IBM Message Broker
and MQ technologies.
• Install and configure IBM Websphere MQ, Message Broker and WBI
Adapters (SAP, JDBC, JText) on Unix and Windows based environments.
• Work with project teams to gather requirements to provide estimates,
designs and solutions.
• Performance tune Websphere MQ and Message Broker. Work closely with
the development teams to administer load testing and monitoring.
• Manage and maintain the environments by automating systems management
and monitoring activities.
• Assist and/or work with application development teams.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support of Production systems on a rotation basis
• Research and troubleshoot Integration and infrastructure issues.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT: BS in computer related field.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• 2 years hands on development experience with MQ and Message Broker
• 5 years hands on MQ administration experience
• 5 years hands on MB administration experience
• Operating Systems: Linux, AIX, Windows 2003/2008
• 2 years Java development and RDBMS SQL experience a plus
• WBI SAP Adapters experience, and SAP ALE, RFC configuration skill a plus
• Experience with WebSphere Application Server a plus
• MQ / MB monitoring tools / CA Wily Introscope experience a plus
• J2EE skills a plus
• Outstanding testing, technical and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong command of the system development life cycle.
