Job Description:

 

Systems BA for In-Language

 

This In-Language Business Analysts will be will be responsible for providing In-Language direction to CDE Development Center
·           Experience in implementing in-language (focus on Spanish) business processes in a customer service environment
·           Experience in insurance and/or financial services
·           Ability to drive integration
·           Ability to identify issues, work to resolve those issues in a team environment, provide guidance across work efforts, and to establish policies/procedures to establish a       high quality, consistent, customer experience in Spanish
·           Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
