Role: Senior Java Developer
Location: Minneapolis MN (Locals)
Duration: Long-term, atleast 1.5 years +

Description: Java developer required for coding and implementation for a back end data processing application

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed design for the requirements conforming to application architecture and design guidelines
Write code conforming to the coding guidelines
Perform unit testing of the code
Perform developer integration testing with other code modules/external system interfaces
Support QA testing and fix defects
Provide documentation required for transitioning development to support teams
Interact and communicate with other team members in an AGILE team
Provide direction to other Developers as needed

Job Requirements:
Strong experience in Java , J2EE, Hibernate, Spring 2.5, and Struts-related flat form development
Interface development experience, including working with Web services (JAX-WS or AXIS 2.0), WSDL and XSD preferably with Weblogic and Axis APIs
Experience with Maven 2.0, Apache Wicket, and AJAX
Experience with Java development for data-intensive and batch processing applications using Oracle databases
Oracle PL-SQL development skills
Knowledge of XML
Experience developing
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, its phases and processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance priorities from multiple projects and release schedules
Ability to interface with a distributed team
Experience testing in an Agile environment is preferred
Experience working on mobile applications a plus
JUnit development experience a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English)
