4 yr college degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Management Information Systems Job experience equivalent: 12 months IT application development experience Demonstrated working knowledge of the entire Software Development Lifecycle Proven ability to clearly and effectively communicate business and technical information, both verbally and in writing. Within the last two years: 12 months coding and unit testing experience in technical skill set required for role (i.e. VB.Net, ASP.Net, SOA, SQL Server, VB, COBOL, systems integration, etc.) Six months engagement experience with at least one of the following skills: requirements analysis, technical specification development, task planning and tracking, or providing technical leadership to at least one other developer
Within the last two years:

Additional Job Description - Role will require individual with diverse technical skill set, with a a focus on building reporting for a variety of Operations-based reporting. Experience building reporting in SAS EG and MS Ofifice/VBA required as assignments will vary and require different data mining / delivery methods. Candidate should have experience in analyzing existing code/reporting for migration to new coding / delivery method - e.g. MS access reports transfer into SAS EG. Candidate should be comfortable working with business units to derive requirements. Experience developing analytical metrics preferred (e.g. descriptive statistics, trending, regression, variance analysis, etc.)
