We are also looking for smart Rails developers who understand Ruby and Rails under the hood.  We need engineers that understand the "Rails Way" and prefer developing in a solid agile environment.

*Overview of Role:* The Software Engineer will be responsible for developing a fast, social and inspiring online giving platform. You will be joining our team of talented Rails engineers. Your job will be instrumental
in helping individuals and nonprofits raise money for causes and in assisting donors to make a difference through giving.

We are looking for smart Rails developers who understand Ruby and Rails under the hood. We need developers who are appropriately opinionated about the "right way" to engineer software systems and code in Rails.

Role -

  - Designing and writing high performance, elegant, and reliable code for both the front-end/UI and back-end of our web platform
  - Problem solving and having the intellectual curiosity to find
  technical solutions that are the quickest and easiest to build, yet also
  the most robust
