Job Title: Microstrategy Developers
Location: Fort worth TX / Chicago IL / Seattle WA
Duration: 6 Months+
Skills:
Minimum 6+ years of industry experience with an emphasis on BI and data warehousing solutions. Strong knowledge of the Microstrategy product and the best practices.
Ø Full lifecycle project experience in design, development, testing, and implementation
Ø Deep understanding of BI concepts, standards, and best practices
Ø Hands-on experience with MicroStrategy platform (MicroStrategy 9 preferred), including:
o Using MicroStrategy Architect to design a project including creating facts, attributes, relationships, and hierarchies
o MicroStrategy Intelligence Server and Web administration
o Performance tuning MicroStrategy reports including configuring VLDB settings
o Experience with MicroStrategy Narrowcast Server
o Experience with MicroStrategy SDK
Ø Good to have Strong understanding of data modeling (especially dimensional modeling and Star/Snowflake Schema models)
Ø Experience in Retail / Travel & Hospitality Domain is a big plus.
