Description:

IT Systems Integrator, BSA and Technical Lead Hybrid - seeking a candidate with 3+ years of experience in software development, including technical design and business systems analysis work in the recent past. Ideally seeking candidates with experience with web services and batch data movement. This role will be aligned to a conversion project for the Risk Management department and requires a self-starter capable of engaging with the core project team with relative independence while coordinating with technical resources across different technologies, helping create, update and review design documents and potentially providing some level of third level production support.

Excellent strategic application of experience;

·         Demonstrated experience leading requirements, data and systems analysis.

·         Outstanding negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills will be necessary as the role requires working across different platform teams and vendors to deploy a solution capable of meeting the business needs of the Risk Management department.

·         Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels (Executive Sponsors to team members);

·         Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical individuals
