Required Skills & Experience
1^st req:-Experienced .net developer with 5+ years of development experience
• Advanced technical knowledge in Microsoft .Net framework 3.5/4.0, ASP.NET, XML, XSLT, C#
• Advanced technical knowledge on databases: SQLServer 2005/2008
• Four-year college diploma or university degree in engineering or computer science, and/or 5 years equivalent work experience.
• Understanding of Webservices, XML
• Hands-on software troubleshooting experience.
• Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Desired Experience
• Experience with NetCracker/ Convergys Customer Billing / Product Management functions and APIs

Will be working on multiple high paced initiatives/projects from inception to delivery and production maintenance in product catalog domain
Attends and contributes to business meetings/requirements sessions to gathers business requirements.
Creates design documents that include business logic, data & system flow, interfaces & system architecture etc., after in-depth requirements analysis.
Creates handoff document for onshore & offshore teams to ensure proper communication
Works with offshore & onshore team to complete code development.
Conducts and coordinates user acceptance testing and quality assurance tests to maintain system integrity.
Resolves any issues in onshore and offshore testing including system and cross application testing

Production Support Activities

Exp and Skillsets:5+ years of professional experience as a hands-on .NET application developer developing web based applications (ASP.Net and Web services) using C# .NET.
- Experience in analyzing requirements, designing Modules, developing, testing, implementing and supporting of .NET applications.
Strong knowledge of Visual Studio 2008 or Visual Studio2010.
Demonstrate efficiently the design approach and create clear documentation.
Strong understanding and working knowledge .NET 3.5/4.0 Framework and C#.
Strong Understanding and knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and Design.
Experience working on .NET Web Services, SOAP and API Interfaces
Experience working with XML, XSD Schema creation and Validation
Experience developing efficient ADO.NET based data accessing applications using C#.
Developing applications with effective use of Caching, Cloning will be an added Plus.
Knowledge and working experience in Windows Communication Framework (WCF) and Windows Workflow Foundation (WF) will also be an added plus.
Perform minimal SQL Development for analysis and ADO.Net related development.
Perform efficient Unit Testing and experience in Configuration Management tool like Visual Source Safe (VSS), Team foundation Server (TFS) etc.
Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
Good Communication Skills.
Must be a good Team player and ready to work in tight schedule.
