-->Business Analysis -The role focuses on communicating requirements to project team membersverbally and in the form of written business requirements, user interfacespecifications, printed output specifications and similar documents. Consultswith users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify programobjectives. May write user manuals describing installation and operatingprocedures. Works on problems involving complex business requirements andprocesses. Must have good working knowledge of a chosen area/function

-->Mortgages -Applied knowledge of Mortgage Space - 1. Appreciation of Lending domain 2.Worked on couple of projects invovlving mortgage products &  services (e.g.First Mortgage, Heloc, Reverse Mortgage etc ..) 3. Worked on couple of projectsinvovlving mortgage industry processes (e.g. Origination, Servicing, SpecialServicing etc..) 4. Awareness of mortgage industry specific regulatoryenviornment and standards

-->Agile(L2)-1-2 years of Project Lead experience in an agile project. Exposure to AgileMethodologies and practices.
