Job Description:

Required Skills:

• Genesys PSDK 7.6 or 8.0
• Avaya PBX platform
• Client-server communications by TCP sockets
• Call center environment and concepts: ACD, PBX, call routing
• Multi-threading application development with asynchronous I/O methods
• Database development in MS SQL and Oracle
• Application profiling and optimization
• Building web pages and sites in MS IIS, asp .NET and Perl CGI.
• Building embedded browser applets
• Real-time bidirectional persistent socket communications between browser and server applications
• Real-time event processing
• Javascript interface between web page and applet

 Additional Skills: 

• Code signing and deployment - Plus
• C# .NET (to analyze current application)
• Visual Basic 6 (to analyze current application)
