SENIOR BUSINESS REPORTING ANALYST – CLIENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES REPORTING
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sr. Business Reporting Analyst will serve as a key interface to the NA Operations Manager who is responsible for the accuracy of invoices to customers and revenue generation. This position's principal responsibility is the development of metrics and quality reports. The Sr. Business Reporting Analyst will also be responsible for analyzing, defining, designing and implementing improvements in existing reporting processes, tools and procedures that result in increased automation, data accuracy, data analysis and timeliness of information.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop a thorough knowledge of the reporting tools and procedures
• Develop a professional knowledge of our solutions and services business
• Develop and generate from various data sources standard monthly operations and executive level reports
• Analyze and provide business insight on customer data to help drive better business decisions and presenting options for the resolution of issues
• Proactively identifies issues and develop recommendations to resolve and to improve
• Manage with IT and other functional areas, projects to drive improvements in the Global Services reporting processes including but not limited to:
o process documentation, requirements and business case development
o project plan development and management
o production support readiness documentation
o communication and training of key stakeholders
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators on reporting quality and delivery timeliness; Provide monthly reporting on SLA performance to management
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent Project Management, analytical, problem solving and process management skills in addition to technical aptitude
• Excellent communications, change leadership and customer service skills
• Education: MBA/Bachelors in Business Management Information Systems and/or equivalent experience
• Crystal Report Development and Maintenance
Crystal Reports (especially BOXI 3.1 and BOXI 4.0)
SQL
Relational Databases (especially large enterprise databases)
Siebel experience desired.
• Microsoft Access Application support and development
Advanced Access skills
Relational Databases
SQL
Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
• Scheduled Reporting
Advanced Excel knowledge (macros, pivot tables, etc.)
