.         7 plus years of experience

.         Should be proficient on Core Java, JSP, Servlets, Spring, Struts, iBatis / Hibernate, sql / Pl-sql  - Mandatory, good hands-on  experience

.         JMS, Web Services - Should have good knowledge & some experience

.         Preferably experience in Shell Scripts and familiar with Unix commands

.         Good communication skills
