•             IBM WebSphere Family Products (WebSphere, MQ, WMB

 

i.              Product installation and configuration on Distributed platforms.

ii.             Backup and disaster recovery.

iii.            Products upgrade and network, application's outage support.

iv.           Analyze and understand the technical needs.

v.            Supporting application testing support.

vi.           Participate in strategy sessions and understand technology limitations/features and sets expectations

vii.          Creating scripts as on required for monitoring and administration purpose.

viii.         Application objects creation as per request.

ix.           Managing security configuration.

x.            Change, Incident & Problem ticket handling.

xi.           Proactive monitoring.
