Must Have Skills:         MQ
Resource should have solid experience in Production Support work. Should have good understanding of Incident management and Problem management. Should know how to work on managed service model or typical SLA based support model.
Technical skill needed – MQ Admin skills in Unix AIX and Mainframe.  Admin skill includes debugging production support issues apart from creating, monitoring and troubleshooting MQ environments.
Excellent client facing and communication skill needed
Normal Hours ( However requires on call support for Sev1/2 related issues & weekend support)

Location:         Austin, TX
Duration:          6+ Months 

Job Description:  
The Information Management Specialist should be a MQ Series administrator for the ITSS MQSeries team. 
The ITSS MQSeries service handles secure and automated file transfers for projects throughout ACS using the Ipswitch products MQSeries Central and MQSeries DMZ. 
The majority of work will be handling tickets as they are submitted that deal with account creation, password resets, task creation and modifications of file transfers and troubleshooting. 
He/She  will be primarily responsible for the day to day administration of the MQSeries DMZ and MQSeries Central applications. 
This will include the creation and/or modification of MQSeries Central tasks, creation and/or deletion of MQSeries DMZ accounts and general troubleshooting. 
There will also be some general Windows administration required in this role. Should also become a member of the Enterprise Applications team that will be assigned full time to existing and new Shared Services projects. 
Assignments to the project will be long term, to support a project through the entire development/testing cycle and support in production. Some on call support will be required. 
Support responsibilities will be provided in the areas of Project liaison during the entire system development life cycle, including documenting the results of the project Application tuning and troubleshooting Production support and release deployment Training and knowledge transfer The candidate must be able to demonstrate an overall familiarity with the Windows OS and with windows software, must have a thorough understanding of FTP, and basic to intermediate understanding of networking and server interconnectivity (including familiarity with several communication troubleshooting techniques)
