Position: Lead Cisco Architect
Contract: 12 months, probable extensions
Location: Phoenix, AZ/Weston, FL

MUST HAVES:
7 or more years of experience as an infrastructure architect working with Cisco 
Experience with Avaya ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) 
Experience with Cisco UCCE (Unified Contact Center Enterprise) or ICM (Intelligent Contact Management)
Strong  experience in contact routing, Computer telephony integration (CTI), Interactive Voice Response Systems, Voice browsers and VXML, Automatic Call Distribution, Predictive dialers, Telecom carrier networks, Quality Monitoring, Online interactive systems and Contact Center Analytics platforms
Familiar with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) and Architecture modeling tools ( Archimate )
Must have experience managing off-shore teams. 
Needs experience with Global design implementations. 
 
PLUSSES:
Any Cisco certifications
Experience with NICE contact Monitoring 
Experience with Aspect UIP
Experience with call center-related Telephony and Voice Servicing applications (eg, Outbound Dialers, Call Routing, Call Recorders, ACD, CTI integration)
Knowledge of communications protocols including TCP/IP, HTTP/S, and SOA
Service Delivery and ITIL experience.
Knowledge on systems and tools including NICE, PegaCALL/Pega BPM, LivePerson, LiveLook, AT&T Route-It and Verizon Network Manager.
 
DAY TO DAY: 
Our clients is looking for a strong lead technical architect to design a Cisco and Avaya based infrastructure for one of the company's call centers.  You will be working to improve overall performance and efficiency within the call center as well as aiming to increase the company's overall level of customer service.  On a day-to-day basis, you will be working heavily with Cisco UCCE and Avaya ACD. You will also be responsible for designing contact routing, Computer telephony integration (CTI), Interactive Voice Response Systems, Voice browsers and VXML, along with automatic call distribution, predictive dialers, telecom carrier networks, quality monitoring, and online interactive systems
